Recap of last two days in History

In History class, we started learning about the Federalist and Anti-Federalist movement, and how their ideas evolved into the ideals that the parties that ruled in early America adopted.

With the Federalist movement, they felt that the Constitution was what was needed for the country to help it. With the Anti-Federal movement, they felt that the Constitution was Extra-Legal, with it having not being signed into law. Also, they thought that the Constitution had no reason to made, seeing as it's creators were only needed to revise the Articles of Confederation, not create a whole new system that would run the country. In the end, the Federalist won, and the Constitution is still in use today, as it helps run this country.

After the whole Constitution debate, the Federalists, the winners of the debate, formed their own political party, which was the party that backed the first President of the United States, George Washington. But, these people were appealing to the upper class of society, such as the Merchants, Traders and Industrialists. But they came a little to early for America, as the Republican-Democrat Party, which consisted of wealthy farmers and other types of Land-Owners, won over the society of the day, which was primarily focused on Agriculture. And it was because of this that the Republican-Democrat Party dominated the US leadership and ruled the country unapposed for many years.

In Conclusion, over the course of two days, we learned in History Class about the conflict over the Constitution's creation and the early days of the US's political parties, which after awhile, lead to the Republican-Democrats domination of the country.

To the future from the past, subject Neal Cox

If a group of future people were to want to learn about what high school students in the year 2012, and one of those sources they used for research for me, the three artifacts I would leave behind to describe me would be an Xbox controller, a mallet used for playing bass drums and a Rooster Teeth Shirt.

The Xbox controller is important to me, because I play the Xbox 360 a lot. And while many people don't understand it, I like video games because they allow me to jump into different worlds and let me talk to my friends who live in other towns. The mallet would be important because I play Bass Drum for the marching band, which is m after-school activity. And finally, the Rooster Teeth shirt, which is made by a company that makes funny internet videos for the internet, is also an important part of me. Rooster Teeth videos are some of my favorite on the internet, and I feel that their humor style has some what rubbed off on me, which is almost makes them a part of my Identity.

So, those are the reasons why if a group of people from the future who wanted to learn about High School students in the year 2012, and one of the sources they used was me, some of the artifacts I would leave behind would be an Xbox Controller, a mallet used for playing bass drums and a Rooster Teeth shirt.
